HIGH-TORQUE-INDEXING-TOOL

The CE High Torque Indexing Tool can be used in any application where a high torque rotation of the BHA is required. A hydraulic tool string pressure is converted to a torque of up to 600 FT-LBS and a pre-determined rotation of 15-45° position. Each time the tool string pressure is bled off and increased the High Torque Indexing Tool cycles again, resulting in another tool-string rotation. It is commonly used as part of the CE Multi-Lateral Entry System, the High Torque Indexing Tool can also be used to hook a difficult fish, any jetting tunnelling applications and other stimulation and clean-out work. A mechanical conversion kit is also available which converts the High Torque Indexing Tool so that setting down weight action results in rotation of the BHA.
