The CT CEHD Hydraulic Pulling Tool is a hydraulic-release action tool used for running or retrieving downhole tools with any standard size external fishing necks.
The CT CEHD Hydraulic Pulling Tool has a collet dog-ring arranged inside a cylinder body, providing 360-degree shoulder engagement to the fishing neck, so maximizing the holding load.
The release mode is achieved by increasing CT flow/pressure to operate a piston which positively disengages the collet dog ring from the fishing neck. The CT CEHD Hydraulic Pulling Tool is available in sizes covering most standard external fishing neck diameter requirements.
A bell-guide skirt option is also available.
