CE Cement Valve
The CE Cement Valve is able to support a column of fluid within the CT until an increase in pressure is applied to the column of fluid. When the pressure inside the CT exceeds the well hydrostatic pressure by a pre-determined amount, the Cement Valve will open
The CE Cement Valve has 4 alternative seal positions which are used to pre-set the opening pressure to the desired value. The spring stack configuration can also be changed to increase or decrease the opening pressure requirements. The operation is fully repeatable with the valve opened by increasing the internal pressure and it is closed by decreasing the internal pressure.
The CE Cement Valve can be used in different CT operations where it is desired to place a specific quantity of fluid at a required specific location in the well.
